Exhausted today. But knew I would be. Grandbabies always do that to me. As far as the "diet" goes, I feel like I'm stuck. Scale doesn't seem to be moving much this week. We'll check tomorrow. I'm sure I didn't drink enough water this weekend, and I definitely...definitely...need to start doing SOMETHING!!! Walk, bend, move...something. That would make a tremendous difference, I'm sure. Blahhhhhhh. I read on here somewhere that flax sometimes slows down weight loss? hmmmm...I'll have to do some research on that. But maybe after I make a MIM tomorrow. Haven't had one in awhile and will be a good change from scrambled eggs.
