Wow...it seems like its just falling off.. for now that is.. until I hit a stand still--which is what discouraged me last time. So, I just have to stick with it. Ive only been back on the "weight watchers" point watch for a week and already am back down to 251. Them smoothies really are making a difference in the evening I believe. Im eating more vegetables and fruit than I did last time. I tell ya...walmart frozen raspberries and frozen strawberries, with one packet of splenda, ice, and just a little bit of the orange strawberry sunny delight all crushed in the magic bullet is totally awesome!!! You should try it!! Yum Yum!!
