I ate way more than I should have this week, due to social interaction, going out with family and friends, having people over to my house, and just feeling relaxed and not on my guard.

I still stuck to the right food, but just too much of it.

I knew when I was going out so I didn’t eat before and after, but it still got out of hand

I am so scared of weighing in tomorrow morning.

What do you do when you have a busy social week to stay in your calorie count?

Plan, plan, plan. My friends and family know me so well. I Google the restaurant check the menu and chose what I'm going to eat beforehand. Nothing makes me budge from my decision. Doesn't work for everyone, but it does for me. 😁. With close family, I enter my choices into the app at the restaurant. Wine spritzers are the way to go for drinks. Minimal calories. All the best with your journey.

one bad weekend won't outweigh the hard work you've already put in. get back on track. skip weighing tomorrow and rather do it on Friday after you're back on plan

Don’t punish yourself for one bad week… if that does happen again try to stay more active and love more during that time… maybe exercise a bit longer or a tad harder in intensity… it’s all about what’s going in and out x but one bad week isn’t the end of the world! Keep going!!

To lose weight or maintain you need to burn more calories than you are consuming. So if you had a week like this then do a couple thousand extra steps and increase the length or your workouts to burn extra calories. You won't loose weight but you shouldn't put any on.
