Hi is there a way you can help me work out calories in some food please that was not weighed

Hi, I don't count calories. I am on a 18-20/6 fasting plan. I count macros, so protein, carbs and fats. My advice would be to just minimize your portion sizes and keep it to maximum 3 meals a day and gradually work your way down to 2 skipping breakfast, keep the food clean, whole foods, greens, rice, animal proteins. Get active with at least 4 days of basic exercise a week like walking or weight lifting for 45mins. If you only do that for a month consistently there is no way you cannot lose weight. If you do more the results will be even better. There is no shortcut to wightloss.
