I have been feeling peckish today even although I have eaten my daily quota. Ai.... lol wonder what the scale will say tomorrow.....

I know that feeling. I usually find that a handful of almonds helps to tide me over until those crappy cravings go away. Hang in there and it is never as bad as you think it is.

I had my rice cake pizza and a yoghurt to try and ease my cravings lol I am sure if I have let go of my cravings then I would have doubled my quote lol I also usually have 7 dates for snack after supper, maybe I will do so today.
