i know weight fluxuates. i have changed nothint but feel I gotta ranp up my workouts in order to see results. Also, my clothes are looser and my waste is def snaller than it was. So it's a win if you ask me. love yourself everyone. we can all do this. no excuaes, just discipline! ##selflove
