I feel good today. I have been productive and I haven't eaten total garbage. I'm still trying to curb some cravings (subway) and make better choices there. its totally a having just to click save meals on the app and before I even thought "oh maybe I should just get a 6 inch instead of a foot long" I was already picking it up. and I had leftover sub and didn't wanna waste it, so I ate the whole damn thing. again, a learning curve. breaking habits. it'll take time. I also got a new water bottle and it's GORGEOUS and massive and I can't wait to use it. I'm also trying to figure out how y'all upload photos of your meals and stuff lol I would love to share too!

Ahhh I could’ve wrote this post!! I too did the foot long instead of 6 inch sub today, telling myself I was gonna save have for dinner then of course it all went down my gullet. Ugh. I don’t even really enjoy the last half but seem to have no self control when it’s in front of me.

Right?! I also need to eat slower and register when my stomach is full. As opposed to, "well I have this food, I need to eat all of it".

Hey! You did great still on calories for that day! 12 inch sub was way less calorie-wise than a big bag of chips, so you did just fine :) Subs do have nutrition, so just track it and move on. It's okay to have a 12 inch sub somedays. I felt that way, making two sandwiches but ya know what? I'm over 300 lbs and one wasn't cutting it today! I can be part of the one sandwich/6 inch sub club when I've lost 50-100 pounds as long as I am keeping it within my dietary needs. We've got this, Chels! :)
