Have recently gone through a big move and started a new job and with all that going on my food tracking has gone by the wayside. I don’t currently have my scale but am definitely feeling a few pounds heavier and often feeling bloated. I am trying to figure out my eating window timing as my work starts super early but I often find myself hungry early on which leads to 12-hour eating window when I feel best on 8. Also coming home after work I eat mindlessly having lots of unnecessary snacks! I want to change because I am not feeling my best and I want to become more mindful about my eating and tracking.
