So I'm once again trying to get control over my weight. A lot has happened since I've been on here. I've have some answers as to why it's so difficult to lose weight, such as hypothyroid and PCOS. Both of these can be contributing factors to my very slow metabolism. I'm not going to use these as an excuse though as I know I've been a huge hindrance with my weight since I tend to eat unhealthy.
It doesn't help that I cannot really exercise due to my genetic disease, but I'm not going to give up on myself this time. At least now I know what other issues I am facing and hopefully I'm able to tackle them head on.
My plan is to try to adapt to a diabetic diet if possible. I'll also do whatever walking/exercise I am able.
