Just finished P90x Cardio X and I am looking forward to a nice shower since I am practically bathing in sweat right now. I used my hrm again. Last time the weight it was going by was actually a couple pounds heavier than I was (166 vs 163, I had forgotten to update it). I don't think that should change things too much, but just to be sure I am getting accurate results I am going to keep it tracked to my current weight and I am going to assume the calories burned is correct. According to the hrm my average heart rate was 82% of my maximum (193), so I think I should be burning some calories from that. :) As I get more results to log I will be able to tell better if this info is reliable. Even if it's reading high it is somewhat of a psychological boost to see that I am accomplishing work. I don't want to deceive myself, but perhaps thinking I am burning more calories will keep my psyched to keep up the workouts, knowing that I am more likely to see actual results sooner. In other words I am hoping that this will be a self fulfilling prophecy.
