So I had a grand pity party for myself earlier, and now I am going to try being productive since I am starting to get over myself. Still sad that I lost my progress so far. Trying to take it moment by moment today.

I managed to get my butt through a full p90x workout. That makes me feel a little better.

Thanks Fledgist, I'm trying to do that, though I seem to be slipping up and falling a lot. I'm going to get it eventually or die trying (and hopefully not the latter. :P )
