So, I mistakenly did not eat lunch today. I woke up this morning and ate breakfast and me and my daughters went to church. I came home and immediately went to meet my friend at Starbucks and then we went to the gym. By the time I got home I was shakey from not having eaten enough. It didn't help that I had to turn around and go to the store right away. I ate more during dinner than I normally would have but I really needed the fuel.
One exciting thing. I always wanted to try the Captains Chair at the gym but was way too intimidated. I tried it today and was able to to 3 sets of six leg raises. I'm hoping to increase that gradually but I was so stoked that I did ANY, lol.
My friend joined the gym today and I'm stoked to have someone to go to the gym with me because my hubby isn't. Decided that I will go to the gym Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday and let DH know so he can plan accordingly. Really wish that he would come with me more often.
