Thought I should start tracking measurements.
Sept 26: Weight:~ 167.5 (resistance monitor only allows half lb increments) Height: 5'4 1/2" BMI-28.3 Body fat-30.3%
(My ultimate goal is 17% body fat, I am not so much concerned about BMI once I start getting close to my goal, but for now I think it's good to know and to try to get it down.)
