Had a hard weekend. Saturday I had my weigh in for VBL and fell below the yellow line. I had gained .8 lbs. I believe it was muscle weight. Since my knee has been too sore to do cardio, I've been doing a lot of weight lifting instead. Was really sore after the team challenge, and then went home and had to help my sister move some stuff from her old house to her new. Saturday night went out with a friend. Sunday I got up late and didn't eat much for breakfast, so that set me behind all day. Ended the day with only 68% of my calories, but I ate a large dinner, so I was too full to eat more. Today I brought lots of healthy snacks to work with me, so I hope to eat my full calories.
