I recently participated in the Valley's Biggest Loser located in Temecula Valley, CA. Lost about 29.4 lbs during the competition. I've been obese my whole life, so I'm hoping to finally start a new life with less (fat) baggage. I recently moved to Southern California from Sacramento, but I'm originally from Wisconsin. I enjoy being outside, but have been unable to explore the outdoors much in my area due to the heat and my weight.
