It's been a pretty rough day emotionally. Trying not to over eat as I typically do when I'm stressed / anxious / upset etc. just venting a little to hopefully help stay on track.

Stress eating is tough - maybe chew gum, drink water, get outside the office and walk 10 minutes...anything tat may help. Have a better day!

Chewing gum for sure! Walk sounds great but honestly I would just sit and dwell on the subject. Thanks for the idea and support though to all!

same here, whenever I get sad or stressed I go running to junk food :( .. I guess, taking a nap instead somehow helps.. anyhow, hope you focus and have the will strenght :)

i have replaced grabbing junk food to grabbing a cup of green tea with pomegranate. its sweet and no calories or carbs or fat or sad to say no protein ..but it helps me and I am a definite run to food when I feel anything! I'm on day 4 and so far so good!! and I put down the booze to help with the weight loss (another one of my go too's) :) good luck and keep up the good work!

i try to do intense workouts when am stressed, and should i really need to chow something i have grapefruit or dark chocolate
