Maybe drinking too much water? Stomach / gut has been slightly painful for the last hr or so. Not hunger pains. Not "upset stomach pains" from food. More like extreme bloat? Weird. I've had about 96 fl oz of water so far today.

It is possible to drink too much - what else have you been eating? Maybe the combo of water and slowly-digested food could cause a stretching pain.

I found that I needed to improve my gut (1-2 Tbs apple cider vinegar & lemon juice daily and probiotics, like kombucha or raw sauerkraut). After just a couple days, my bloating was gone ~ and so was my plateau.

Sometimes, you just got to work through it. You will get back to normal.

It is possible to drink to much water. If you are drinking to much to fast. Drinking water is great but I'm not sure what is safe, only that too much can be bad. I know this doesn't help much, hope you get to feeling better :)

Maybe too much water, but also maybe too much fiber with that water? If you take too much fiber then it will cause bloating and water retention and constipation.

Too much water can also flush out fiber and electrolytes. And the fiber you consume affects the gut bugs in different ways.

Thank all. I'm not sure what that was. It subsided about 4 pm a bit and I'm feeling more normal now

I dunno but I drink more than that every day without consequences

its prob something you ate - re think your intake there was prob something thats not rite for you and its not the water .
