Yesterday I had a great workout. For some reason clothes fit looser, but that number on the scale never reflects how I feel about more room in my old pants. I think I should keep track of my inches lost and not just the number of pounds. This is the final week before the holidays and my only temptation will be stuffing! Gotta work hard this last week if i want to waste my 20 grams of carbs in 5 seconds lol

In my opinion, the inches are a better indicator of fat lost vs. a scale.

I definitely think you should keep track of your inches. I am at a heavier weight so my loss is happening pretty consistently but I think eventually it will slow down and inches will be my best buddy. Isn't it amazing how much we treasure our carbs when we don't have many to go around? haha I like your comment about the stuffing - so true, so true!

Track both, and if you are doing any weights, or muscle work, that will affect your scale.
