My husband and I went out tonight for Chinese. I thought I was making a smart choice choosing what was named "Chicken and Vegetables." I thought it would be chicken and vegetables lightly stir-fried in a white or clear suace, but it ended up being stir-fried in the same sauce as the beef with broccoli. I hope this doesn't through me out of ketosis. I stuck to the portion allotments on the diet and tried to scrape off as much of the sauce as I could. I thought I was doing well and that I could indulge a little and still be good. Oh well, I just hope that this doesn't take me out of ketosis, I don't want to go through the being sick part again.
