New Year, New attitude...well, ummm, no not really...been snacking alot since the holidays...I think I've worked maybe 5 days over the past 3 weeks?! I think hanging around the house all this time has made me prone to snacking?! Thinking about taking an appetite suppressant like saffron to decrease my snacking mishaps, and get myself back on track! I can remember prior to Thanksgiving I didnt even think about snacking after my 1 meal a day. Still fasting from 8 at night till noon the next day. And my system has adjusted quite well to that. I'm just starting to snack a couple hours after my meal here lately. I had a delicious steak omelette with cream cheese pancakes and the Walden Farms zero everything syrup...its a little after 4 and I havent snacked (yet)...crossing fingers...
