A bit sore today. Did 30 "pull ups" hanging from my dip bars and 25 of my push ups with my feet up on a chair. Quality of pushups is still improving.. I only got 75 pushups in yesterday with that. I'm still cautious on getting a leg workout in. I pulled both quads this summer and I really DON'T want to go through that again. I'm just going to stick with rowing for now.

Other than b-day cake, I ate really well yesterday. Made some home made guac and forgot the tomatoes.. Not the greatest, but still good.
