Ended out a decent day. Good food. Good exercise. We did 30 min of the wife teaching me yoga (holy shit I can see that getting hard FYI) and 18 min of HIIT on the rowing machine. After warm-up I did 4 rounds of race space rowing. I forgot all about the focus I get when I row hard. It was like switch in my head just blocked everything out. Good times.

Haha, yeah, yoga gets hard! I've definitely noticed an increase in flexibility with what little I do, though. Keep at it enough and we could even work our way up to those really difficult ones!
