Go figure. Took from Wednesday-Sunday off of my diet and exercise plan, and I lose weight. I got back at it yesterday and mixed up my routine to try and get back on track. Weighed myself this morning, and it's nice to see that number dip a little bit.
Time to stop feeling disheartened and get back to it. Day 2 is down. Let's see how much ass I can kick before I leave for London next Wednesday. :)
