Well I'm back at home. I had a last minute trip to my mothers for a few days. Man it was hard being away from home and staying within my calories but I did it. I did have a few questionable items but I made sure I kept in within my calories for the day! Back to routine

Hi, Chelsy! Are you doing around 1200 calories per day with & without exercise? I have been trying to do 1200 on days I don't exercise and then around 1500 to 1600 on days that I do so that I still end up totally consuming 1200 per day overall. I was just curious on ur strategy.

I workout daily almost. Well except the past 2 days. I think 1200 with working out is to low I need to up it to 1400 I think
