I'm trying to make these journal entries a more regular thing to keep myself thinking about weight loss and being consistent with this journey. I worked out on the eliptical machine for 30 minutes yesterday losing over 300 calories. Then I ran on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes losing another 150 or so calories. Then I used did weight training with dumbbells for about 10 minutes and really worked my arms. Then I did sit-ups for about 5 minutes straight.
I THINK THAT WAS A GOOD WORKOUT!!
I'm proud of myself and have to make sure I go again tonight.
Because I don't usually get out of work until 7ish and then out of the gym ay 8ish it is REALLY hard to not eat late. I've given myself the limit of 9pm. I don't go to sleep until about 1am everyday so 9pm is not AS LATE for me as it is for someone who would go to sleep at an earlier time. I would like to not eat after 8pm but it's just not realistic unless i skip the gym.
So yeah...being consistent is my goal and losing 6 months a month is another part of it. So far 4 days into February...I've lost .5 lbs so I'm on track. Fingers crossed.
