HELP! In need of encouragement! Eating and exercise (none!) totally out of whack this past weekend. Totally lost control with the "hormone cycle". This really caught me off guard because I am no longer predictable (perimenopause?). All I felt like doing was crying (cramps), eating (high fat/High calorie), and sleeping. Ugh! No push ups either!
