I have to start out by saying how amazing everyone on here is! Yesterday I received such wonderful support, and you guys don't know how much that helped out.

On to today. I already did my wonderful ZUMBA for today. I was able to make it through the medium level and 45 minute workout. I did have trouble with some of the foot work but I just kept moving my hips like they did while trying (messing up) get the two songs moves down. By the end I was drenched. I have so much more energy after it compared to my other workout videos like Jillian M. Fat burner. The other ones wear me out so badly, but I am still going to keep doing them once or twice a week. I cannot wait until the workouts feel like they are getting easier to handle, cause right now I'm pushing to get through them at all.

I am starting to exercise more with walking and my Kinect. I've tried Dance Central and Dance Masters and both tire me out only after a couple of songs. I hear Zumba is far more intense and fun for working out by yourself.

Do you like the kinect? I am thinking about getting one in the future. I do the Just dance 3 sometimes as well but I am liking ZUMBA far better. I also feel tired after a few songs but some how I make it through 45 min. It is starting to make me feel empowered that I can push through. I cannot wait until I actually look good doing it instead of looking crazy!

I love my Kinect. I am the controller (and I can't wait for my avatar to slim down)! I got it awhile back specifically to work out with. So, by next week I'll be getting back to that. I'm going to use a combo of Your Shape: Fitness Evolved and Dance Central and Dance Masters... I have to save up for Zumba. I was thinking of just doing a half hour to start out with and working my way up to 45 mins. Are you working out like this everyday?

That's good to know about Kinect. Having to use the remote on wii does irritate me especially when it's not really reading. I like to work out at least 5 times a week. I don't always hit it but I never go under 4 days a week. For me I do it so I don't start eating out of boredom as often. I always do a min. of 30 then other days do as much as 1 1/2 hours spread out through the day. Right now I'm still doing the modified versions on my Jillian video but it still kicks my butt so badly I am wiped out for the day. How often do you work out?

I walk for about half an hour nearly everyday. I'm trying to get my place set up to work out with the Kinect again for about a half hour every weekday at least on top of my walking.

When I first started Zumba class in December, it was super hard!! I got really winded on some of the songs and didn't feel like I could keep up with some of the moves. But now, 15 pounds down, I can rock through an hour-long Zumba class, no problem!! It's still a wicked awesome workout, but once you start getting more fit and getting used to the moves, it will be even more fun and you will just look forward to it all the time..
