Today was a busy, but fun day! I did Zumba early in the day which gave me a ton of energy. So I decided to go get my motivation jars, which I am calling my "Unhealthy Jar and Healthy Jar!" To represent each pound I found those plastic diamonds which are clear and black. LOVE IT! I put them on my bar between my living room and kitchen so I would see it all day as well as be reminded of my goal when I am in the kitchen.
I definitely have not eaten enough today, but I tried. I was out half the day and at dinner couldn't even finish my chicken wrap! Not good, cause I'll probably be ravenous tomorrow. I think I might have a sugar free pudding to bump it up a little.
OK so for the hard part of my journal I am putting my measurements. I cannot believe I am doing this, but I am so I won't lose track of them. OH MAN , here goes.....
