Good Morning!

It's Wednesday already...wow! So yesterday was valentine's day and I skipped the gym to go to dinner with my sweetheart. I planned because I wanted to enjoy myself so I spread my calories out earlier in the day. I was so surprised that when I logged my food in this morning, I actually stayed within my daily caloric target!!! I am so happy about that, I didn't even try. Grant it, my fat and carbs were a bit higher than usual but not too bad at all. I feel really good about that!

I am working late tonight so I will have to skip the gym again tonight but not to worry... I have a back up plan... gonna go to the fitness center in my complex after I get off and get a late night workout in... make up for yesterday.

Starting a new challenge today... Bikini by June. I don't know if I will be in a bikini but I will most definitely be in a bathing suit by June! Wish me luck!!
