Today is Monday, March 12, 2012. I've decided to finally lose weight. I came to this decisions because I really don't feel well. I have trouble with my legs hurting, I'm always tired and I'm very inactive. My clothes don't fit. I get head ackes and some times I feel dizzle like I'm drunk but I don't drink. Sometimes my feet hurts. I usually eat only twice a day. Mid day and about one or two o'clock in the morning. I love to drink Pepsi's. It's time for me to start taking care of myself..
I got on the scale the first thing this morning and I weight 227 pounds much too much for my small frame body. I woke up hungry this morning because I decided on no late night eating and no soda but water. I won't eat after 9 p.m
