That is wonderful! I've been feeling the same way when I over indulge on my portions or eat something I know wasn't beneficial for me. I take it out on my bike. Or in my case my rear. (I don't care how big the seat is eventually it starts to hurt!) I think if we keep that attitude we can continue to lose or maintain our weight, instead of gaining it! I bet you felt a whole lot better about the cake after the mile than before?
