I'm back! Sorry, I've been neglecting both my diet and my journaling here. I've done awful this week, and gained back 3 lbs, but now I'm back down to where I was. I was going to go to Phase 2, but when I gained back the weight, I went back to Phase 1 to get it off. I'm going to start back on Phase 2 now. Life has been crazy, my boyfriend and I put in a sprinkler system at his house over the weekend (in 95 degree weather!), which helped me get off some of the week I gained. Now I'm back to the grind!

Welcome back and good luck! Hopefully going back to phase one for a while will jump start your system again, before going on to phase 2. stay cool!

I do the same thing. I refuse to weigh in if I gain a little bit and therefore avoid journaling. I guess in that way this site is extra motivation because you work extra hard to get that little bit back off so that you can weigh in again. You have done great and I'm sure you'll get back in the hang of it.
