Day 2 of crossfit, just gotta say I'm hooked. Did two repetitions of the following:
250 meter row big ass tire flip = did 8 and 9 sledge hammer jump rope wall ball ropes water pipe
row was the easiest out of breath on the wall ball and ropes
need to stretch and get hip flexors, quads and hamstrings loosened up can't bring my feet foward on burpees
