Still stressed... and now I keep waking up at night ugh. I refuse to let it get me down though. It was super hard to make my self work out yesterday but I did and I am going today too. I am just taking it one day at time.

Hi Lil' Longhorn! Looks like you are back on track. That's great! I had to jump back on track, too! It may not seem like it at the time...but, the exercise will release some of that stress! The beach always help me relieve the stress, too! Keep faith & keep going!
