I have moved the bathroom scale from the bathroom. It's more of a lack of temptation to stand on it every half hour to see if there is any change. I have noticed a change in my clothes (fitting a bit looser) and I suppose that counts more than the number on the scale. I'm checking out the local Y as they have swimming classes that are within my schedule. Exercise plus a step closer to getting a lifeguard certificate, not too bad I think.

Hey there. How often do you weigh yourself? I've found that daily in the am works for me. Isn't the change in how your clothing fit a wonderful boost! Think about when you'll have to get new, smaller clothes.
