Another great day!!!! Crunches, missed the push-ups but made the 14 story climb up the stairs and back down. Heading home soon to grill some fresh fish and then off to the gym for a couple of hours of abuse.

(I still think a woman invented the elliptical to torture men) I hate that damn machine with all of my heart but I have to do it for 35 minutes.......
