Hey there to all my diet buddies. I just wanted to inform everyone that I have defected over to Weight Watchers. After a lot of thinking and talking with different people, I decided to give it a try. I still think South Beach is a wonderful diet...I just needed something different for now. Good luck to everyone and still come and talk to me.
