Man I am so down in the dumps and there is really no reason what so ever for it.. my back hurts a bit.. but I really don't think that is the problem (bad back and i freak out when it is sore) We had a great "family fun" weekend I had my niece and nephew over on Saturday for a play date with my two kids, then we went for dinner after the little ones left, Sunday we took the kids to a local play area they love, Monday we went to an indoor water park.. the kids had a blast... we played in the water park for 5 hours on Monday and a hour on Tuesday before check out time.. I just dont get why I feel so down in the mouth today.. Maybe I am just suffering husband withdrawal. I have bowling tonight.. and no desire to go.. and that is just not normal.

Hi, It sounds like you have been real busy and maybe 5 hours in the water park might have something to do with your sore back..kids are hard on you..lol. You have been playing and enjoying yourself for the past few days and if today is quiet its almost like a let down..after having such a good time and then ...reality..work, school..life, its normal. I feel like that every time we come home from camping..geez now what? it takes a day or two to get into the routine again but then you can always start to plan your next "family fun". :)

Missing our partner can be hard; I know my routines are always off when my hubby is out of town or busy with work. Take a deep breath, give your body a chance to rest after all the activity you did this weekend (did you log it? That's some good activity!!!) and remember: tomorrow is another day, another chance to do well.
