Today is a tough day. I feel like throwing in the towel. I miss food!!!! Day 15 with nothing but the lemonade. I'm not hungry I just want to eat. lol.. craving healthy food.. Moroccan cauliflower rice with a black bean salsa and some guacamole. a bulgar wheat lentil salad with hummus and fresh celery and cucumber pieces with a side of tzatziki. Lord help me. I need to keep pushing if I can at least be in my 80's after the fast I can give in to my cravings. I wake up at 2:30 every morning to study. Think the lack of sleep has my cortisol levels on a high resulting in me acting the fool. Please say a prayer for lil ol me. Today is hard!!! but! Letsgotowork!

Look up the master cleanse, will tell you all you need to know. Resets your bodies clock in getting rid of all the toxins that cause cravings etc. You feel lighter and rejuvenated. Awesome experience.

I take my hat off to u. studying is hard enough in addition to full time life. i can relate to the crazy hrs waking to study the toll it takes on the body
