Okay either the home scale is broken or the doctor one is. I went to the doctor for a follow up appointment regarding my health and his scale says 232 lbs. Needless to say I am in shock at the difference at home. I am thrilled though to that at 4 pm my weight was that. I checked in during my lunch hour to the site here and well took a bit of advice and got some lovely vegetable soup. It was great and the restaurant owner even took the time to help me decide what to have, although the ham and swiss sandwich looked great too.

I received a slow cooker for Christmas, time to use it for soups. Thank goodness the kids love homemade soup.
