Journal de debzc, 25 janv. 08

OK, I think I have my game plan. My goal is to lose 15 pounds during the 6 week challenge. I will do this by limiting my calories to 1200 per day and doing the 6 week makeover included in The Biggest Loser dvd's. I previewed the workouts and I see why they're called makeover's. WHEW!!!

I just hope I can start doing them tomorrow. I'm getting sick and am feeling really yucky.

Good luck! great job for as far as you've come already! try and drink a lot of water, i went through that third day of feeling really yucky while doing a six week plan with very demanding work-outs, working those muscles so hard can release toxins so make sure your taking your multi vitamins and drinking lots of water and it should help if it's not a bug =) again good luck! and congrats on your first 20! =)
