I have been doing this for a month.. no problem, I whizzed thru all the cravings with ease. Until tonight, I am dying.. literally ON MY HANDS AND KNEES DYING!! For a burger and fries.... I constantly have dreams that I eat something Im not supposed to and it throws me out of ketosis.. I wake up like OH NO! But tonight I could careless I just want to sink my teeth into a big fat juicy WITH BUN and SALTY FRENCH FRIES burger. *sigh*

Try to have one without the bun. Once you are done with it, full and satisfied, then you can look back and see that there is no guilt and you'll be happy. That usually works for me.
