I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pizza but you can have pizza and not wreck your day. When we crave pizza we go with a veggie pizza (thin style) and ask for light cheese. It tastes great and leaves the guilt behind! A little hint for family get-togethers: think of your plate like the food pyramid, only much smaller. If it's a fruit or a veggie put a little on your plate; same with fat and grains. Load up on lean protein but over all, look at your plate. Imagine all of the food pushed to one side...if it takes up half your plate, then you know you have enough to make you full without going overboard!
