I am 63 years old. I am a retired Bookkepper(customer sales represetative) for a major Propane company. I have been married for 40 years. My husband is 77 and retired also. We have 4 daughters(my step daughters) that we raised. 5 grandchildren. 9 great grandchildren.
I am trying to preserve and or improve my health. I have fought my weight throughout my adult life. I was at my better weight through my 20s and early 30s. keeping my weight from 120 to 135 at that time. I would like to get back to 135 now. I am a prediabetic and would like to stop this in its tracks. I know by controling my weight is the best treatment for this.
