My name is Diana and I live in Southern Indiana. I am married with 4 grown children. The youngest having just left. She lives in New Albany, IN. and is about 25 miles away.
I am in my late 50's. I work part time. My husband and I have been married 42 years. We have 2 dogs ,2 goats,and 1 turkey. We raise a garden and can a lot of our own veggies.
I fell off my diet and just a couple of weeks ago decided to try one more time. I am trying to walk on my tread mill daily but am only walking about 20 min. The last time I tried this I think I went into it too fast and got "burn out".
I think it is best to keep a food diary which I have not been doing. I am adding that tomorrow.
What is really a bummer is that I was a certified dietary manager and worked in that position for about 10 years. I should know how to eat, shouldn't I?
