hello there!
My name is Jen and I just turned the big 20. I go to a large state college and lets just say I enjoy myself. Between the partying, late night eating, lack of sleep, and just terrible diet habits that are associated with college, I can't keep a steady weight. I spend most of my summers at home trying to lose the weight I put on throughout the winter months.
Exercise has never been a problem for me. I love tennis, cycling, and occasionally running. But carbs have always been my weakness. I worked at a bakery up until last year so I very much have an appreciation for bread and I just love pasta!
I know I have the potential to have a nice body, I am muscular as it is, but my weight all falls to my dreaded stomach! I just need somewhere to rant about these weight woes. My friends are all 125 pounds naturally, at most! so they, of course, are terrible people to talk to about this!
