I'm 37 years old, married for 11 wonderful years with two grown sons. (20 & 16) I have a very active life and have to really plan my meals and exercise to stay on track. My goal is to weigh 140-145, I'm 5'3 so I think that would be a good look. I love everything carb so I'm on a low-carb diet. When I'm focused on diet and exercise, I'm totally focused but when I'm not everything gets in the way. Hopefully I can use some of my buddies energy to help me get thru and I can do the same for them!!
