In my entire life, I have never been a dieter. I was always content with my weight (called it baby fat), thought I was destined to be "big boned". I woke up one morning and discovered that "big boned" is a bunch of crap and baby fat doesn't apply when you're 33, lol. I bought the Fat Smash book two years ago, but wasn't mentally ready to do it and complete it. For the past few days, fried foods and grease have made me ill, to look at it and to eat it. Because of this, I know/feel that now is the right time.
