Well Im 28 yrs old and I've lived in Iowa my whole life. I have always been an obese person. I have battled weight my whole life but have never been more serious about it until recently. Im tired of being fat and I've taking new challenges and am so determined and working so very hard to lose the weight. I dont wanna be skinny so to say I just wanna be smaller and healthier. My goal weight is too down to 200lbs. I have 323 lbs to lose. I have been dieting for atleast a month and will have a weigh in soon. I cant wait to see how much I've lost. I know its hard but if you believe in yourself you will achieve and if you try with all your heart you will succeed. I am ubber excited to get this weight off.
