I am 28 from Glasgow, UK. I am engaged and have a gorgeous daughter who is 15 months. Before my pregnancy I lost 42lb following the scottish slimmers positive eating plan. Managed to kinda watch weight whilst pregnant but after the birth I've lost it completely. Tried following the diet myself and lost a little bit but HATED paying money to be weighed. Would love to keep in touch with like minded people to give & receive some support
